調查發現市民大眾對環保裝修概念缺乏認識

「環保裝修約章2024」倡議「六減、兩加、一關心」 促請政府及業界合作加強宣傳及教育 創建和諧居住環境 香港2024年9月20日 /美通社/ -- 由粵港澳大灣區城市建築學會(香港)有限公司(GBIUA)全力策動,由環境及自然保育基金資助的「環境及自然保育基金:社區先行計劃-減低裝修工程的環境滋擾」(下稱「先行計劃」),經過接近兩年的多項教育、宣傳及培訓工作,迎來重要的里程碑,9月19日舉行「環保裝修約章2024」簽署儀式。同時,GBIUA亦公佈了一項關於「裝修工程所帶來的環境滋擾程度的認識,以及對環保裝修概念和寧靜裝修的調查」結果。調查發現,五成以上的受訪的市民大眾及物管人員對環保裝修概念缺乏認識,並指裝修工程在噪音及灰塵方面對他們生活造成很大影響。 出席簽署及見證由粵港澳大灣區城市建築學會(香港)有限公司(GBIUA)倡議及推動的“環保裝修約章2024” 正式啟動的業界代表,在儀式後展示已簽署之約章和主禮嘉賓合照。 在「環保裝修約章2024」簽署儀式上,粵港澳大灣區城市建築學會(香港)有限公司特別邀請了香港環境師學會榮譽會長、中國一級註冊建築師譚天放先生;大灣區碳中和協會創會副會長、香港綠色建築議會董事、沛然環保主席及執行董事郭美珩女士;國際物業設施管理協會香港分會董事陳志豪先生;聯同粵港澳大灣區城市建築學會(香港)會長程偉泉先生主持簽署儀式。建築業界的不同持份者,包括環保裝修倡導者、約章簽署者、發展商、設計師、物業管理專業人士、裝修工程承建商及學生代表,亦有出席簽署及見證「環保裝修約章2024」的正式啟動,期望透過不同持份者的共同努力,邁向可持續發展的建築環境。 粵港澳大灣區城市建築學會(香港)會長程偉泉先生在簽署儀式致辭時表示:「今天的簽署儀式雖然是『先行計劃』的一個結束,但它更是一個新的開始。正如我所說:『在我們翻新家園之際,也讓我們更新對可持續性的思維。』」 他續說:「粵港澳大灣區城市建築學會提出了一個願景:【共融,構建,未來,城市】。我們希望通過社區參與和合作,推廣宣傳、教育及培訓,透過不同持份者共同努力,為環保裝修貢獻力量。在推動可持續發展的建築環境的過程中,我們面臨著許多挑戰。部分人仍抱著『得過且過』的心態,忽視了環保的重要性。因此,我們需要改變這種文化,以實現真正的可持續發展。」 粵港澳大灣區城市建築學會(香港)亦公佈日前進行的一個關於「裝修工程所帶來的環境滋擾程度的認識,以及對環保裝修概念和寧靜裝修的調查」,結果發現約五成受訪問的物管人員及市民大眾對環保裝修概念缺乏認識;調查又發現,公眾認為裝修工程在噪音及灰塵方面對他們生活造成很大的影響。超過八成的受訪者認為在市面上尋找環保裝修工具存在一定困難。本次調查共訪問了283名模擬裝修實驗室 (MuLab) 的參觀者,其中包括23名裝修工人、132名物業管理人員和128名普通市民。 調查結果摘要如下:對環保裝修及寧靜裝修工具的認識:非直接參與裝修工程的物業管理人員及普通市民對環保裝修的認識程度較低,約有一半受訪者表示不熟悉相關概念。相比之下,超過八成(83%)的裝修工人表示曾聽過環保裝修。 尋找環保裝修工具的難易度:受訪者普遍認為在市面上尋找環保裝修工具存在一定困難,85%的受訪者認為難度在3分以上,僅有3.2%的受訪者認為沒有困難。 環保裝修工具在香港的普及前景:物業管理人員及市民對環保裝修工具的普及持樂觀態度,超過九成(92%及93%)的受訪者認為這些工具會在香港普及。相反,僅有57%的裝修工人認為這些工具會普及,主要考量因素包括工作效率和經濟效益。 處理裝修工程投訴的困難程度:絕大部分物業管理人員(96.9%)認為處理裝修工程投訴困難,其中接近三成(29.5%)認為非常困難,無人認為沒有困難。 裝修工程對市民生活的影響(噪音及塵埃方面):市民普遍認為裝修工程在噪音和灰塵方面對生活造成很大影響,認為影響極小的受訪者不足1%,而認為影響極大的受訪者接近六成(58%)。 裝修工程對工人健康的影響:接近八成(78%)的裝修工人認為裝修工程對健康有負面影響,特別是在耳朵和肺部方面。 針對今次調查結果,粵港澳大灣區城市建築學會(香港)有限公司認為目前推動可持續發展的建築環境的工作的力度及深度均有待提升,特區政府及建築業界必須攜手合作,加強對不同的持份者的宣傳、教育及培訓,期望透過各方的努力,在香港創建和諧的居住環境。 關於「環保裝修約章2024」 「環保裝修約章2024」包括一系列活動,旨在為本地裝修工程引入一套措施及實務守則,改善社區環境。環保裝修約章涵蓋四大範疇,包括裝修工程設計及選材、施工方法和工具、建築廢物分類及處理、中小型工程管理。約章鼓勵採用可持續的做法,倡議「六減、兩加、一關心」原則:減少噪音、震盪、塵埃、污染和廢物,盡力減低環境滋擾。此外,在設計項目時加強從材料選擇到施工方法的每個環節,確保裝修工程對環境的低負擔及資源利用的高效率,建設宜居城市。約章亦倡導並優化管理以促進持份者的責任意識,促進社區的融合,創建和諧的居住環境。 關於GBIUA(官網: https://gbiua.org) 粵港澳大灣區城市建築學會(香港)有限公司(GBIUA)是註冊非牟利慈善組織,由會員驅動的學會,成立於2019年,致力於教育、促進及發展與城市建築相關的各行業,願景為:「共融,構建,未來,城市」。
